Whether you are ready to begin teaching yoga or looking to deepen your personal practice, Eden Yoga Academy’s 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Program is designed for you. Some goals of the 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Program are to:
- Promote trust for the body’s intelligence and capabilities;
- Explore the world around us and the profound impact that it has on our bodies (mentally and physically); and
- Through that exploration, encourage a yoga practice rooted in awareness, action and self-care.
Deeply rooted in our curriculum is the desire for aspiring yoga teachers to truly learn and understand the “finesse” of teaching. Confidence, knowledge of sequencing, timing, body awareness, and a willingness to make the practice accessible to ALL bodies are the little “extras” our trainees will gain from the Program.

2024 Yoga Teacher Training 200-Hr Program
The program will consist of 1 weekend intensive per month. The program includes in-person training, online curriculum and virtual bi-weekly check-ins that will be available on-demand.

You will be notified by email after your application has been reviewed. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due in order to reserve your spot.

When applicable, refunds will be credited to your Eden Salt Studio account and may be used for classes, workshops, other teacher trainings or retail purchases. After we review your application, we will provide you a copy of our Refund Policy.

Training Details
The training will consist of lecture/discussion, homework assignments, classes with the Lead Trainer and other EYA teachers, practice teaching, and required readings.
Attendance and participation at all intensives and check-ins is mandatory. Credit will not be given for partial attendance. Participants will have the opportunity to make up some absences in accordance with EYA’s Attendance Policy.
A certificate will be issued once all requirements have been met – successful completion of all training sessions, in their entirety, all assignments and full payment is received.
Like our home studio, we like to keep things small and intimate. For those reasons, and for the overall quality of the trainee experience, our teacher training is limited to 10 participants.
