Just had my first salt therapy session. Oh My! From the moment you walk into the building, you feel relaxed. Tori has thought of every detail to make this space inviting. The salt therapy room was nothing short of amazing. I felt so relaxed. It was as though parts of my lungs has not held oxygen in years! Everything was clean, calm, inviting, and absolutely gorgeous. I love the salt room! It is so relaxing. It has also been good for my hair. It looks healthier and my hair stylist says it takes color better since starting salt therapy. I recently tried the sauna. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was also relaxing. I feel like doing both therapies regularly helps promote better immunity. And in the middle of a pandemic, who doesn’t need that!?
