If you are looking for a way to level up your current fitness program, but don’t want to be left feeling defeated or exhausted, this Every BODY Boot Camp is for you.

We’ve created a four-week program that incorporates strength, relaxation, mindfulness and community. Boot Camp will leave you feeling accomplished as you build lean muscle and inner strength, all in a supportive environment where you are surrounded by like minded people.

It’s a great way to meet new people, hang out with your current besties and get in shape at the same time!

Boot Camp is July 8 – August 17, 2024

One of the great things about Boot Camp is the personalization. We want you to feel confident that what you are doing is going to help you reach your goals. That’s why we’ve included a one-on-one consultation with one of our trained instructors to help you create a personalized success plan based on your schedule, experience and goals.

Each of the following activities is included in every Boot Camp registration. Your personalized plan will include the correct level of difficulty and specific actions to ensure your success.

4-Week Boot Camp includes the following activities:

→ Recovery & Therapeutic Practices

FAQ’s

What fitness level is required for the boot camp?

Come as you are! We will place you in yoga classes that suit your fitness and experience level.

What types of exercises will be included in the boot camp?

The community workouts will consist of walking & strength exercises like squats, lunges, etc. You will have the flexibility to tailor the workout to your abilities and needs.



How long are the boot camp sessions?

All sessions, including your yoga classes, will be between 45 and 60 minutes.





What is the schedule for the boot camp sessions?

The sessions will take place on Saturdays at 10:30AM. The healing/mindfulness sessions will take place on Sunday afternoon/evenings. This will depend on the number of participants we have.







Is there a supportive community aspect to the boot camp?

Yes! We will have a private Facebook group so that we can connect outside of our sessions at the studio.









Are there any prerequisites or equipment required for the boot camp?

Yoga mats are available to rent at the studio for your scheduled classes. We highly recommend purchasing your own mat since you will be practicing twice a week. We have mats available to purchase at the studio that are great for power yoga classes and outdoor sessions. If you would like to incorporate weights to your strength workouts, you will need to provide those. Ask us for recommendations on where/what to purchase when you register for the Boot Camp!











What are the potential benefits of participating in the boot camp?

There are so many potential benefits! You can shed fat, build muscle, increase flexibility, and LOVE working out with like-minded people!













Is there a refund or cancellation policy for the boot camp?

We guarantee that our Boot Camp will help you achieve increased strength, mentally and physically. If you don’t ‘see progress after participating all the classes and activities in the Boot Camp, we’ll give you your money back.

If you need to cancel prior to starting the Boot Camp we will not be able to offer refunds; rather studio credit will be issued in the amount paid. If you cancel mid-Boot Camp, there are no refunds.















Boot Camp Details

When: July 8 – August 17, 2024
Investment: $450; payment plans available (3 payments of $150, every 15 days)

What’s Included:
→ 2 Power Yoga classes per week
→ 2 Infrared Sauna sessions per week
→ 1 Community workout (strength training, walking) per week
→ 1 Community recovery/mindfulness session per week

→ One-on-One Consultation to create your personalized success plan based on your schedule, experience and goals

Additional information:

  • Missed yoga classes can be made up during the same calendar week.
  • Community workouts and mindfulness sessions will be scheduled on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6PM.
  • If you are unable to make a community workout or mindfulness session, you will be provided with an at-home workout or guided meditation to complete on your own.
