We are suckers for a good easy salad dressing! We assure you it will become a staple in your household. And look, we are jumping straight to the recipe…no need to scroll through our life story 😉
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Shallot, minced
1 ½ tablespoons White balsamic vinegar
1 ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ cup Neutral oil – canola or sunflower
In a small bowl, combine shallot, white balsamic, and Dijon. Whisk in oil until emulsified. BOOM! You are done.
One of our favorite veggie combos for this dressing:
1 cup baby arugula
1-2 baby beets, roasted, grilled, or smoked
2 tablespoons chopped walnut
2 tablespoons goat cheese
